Tezkereye ili\u015fkin CTP Milletvekili Erkut \u015eahali s\u00f6z ald\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\"><strong>\u015eahali: \u201cM\u00fc\u015favirlik sistemi geri geliyor\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">Erkut \u015eahali, bu tasar\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0\u00fcst kademe y\u00f6neticili\u011fi mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye y\u00f6nelik radikal bir karar oldu\u011funu<b><strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><\/b>bu yasa \u00f6nerisi ile m\u00fc\u015favirlik sisteminin geri getirilmek istendi\u011fini savundu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u201cM\u00fc\u015favirlik sistemi geri geliyor, bunun ba\u015fka izah\u0131 yoktur.\u201d diyen \u015eahali, Ba\u015fbakan \u00dcstel&#8217;in d\u00f6rt y\u0131lda ka\u00e7 tane \u00fcst kademe y\u00f6neticisi atama imzas\u0131 att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sordu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u201cG\u00f6reve getirdi\u011finiz b\u00fcrokratlar\u0131n siz gittikten sonra maa\u015f ve \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131n\u0131 korumaya y\u00f6nelik tedbir al\u0131yorsunuz.\u201d diyen \u015eahali, g\u00f6revden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f \u00fcst kademe y\u00f6neticilerinin evden maa\u015f almas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u201c\u0130lave bir avantaya gerek yoktur, giderken her yeri bat\u0131rmak zorunda de\u011filsiniz.\u201d ifadelerini kullanan \u015eahali, bu d\u00fczenlemenin bor\u00e7 y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc de art\u0131raca\u011f\u0131 uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">UBP Milletvekili Sunat Atun da s\u00f6z alarak, 2018&#8217;de ge\u00e7irilen yasan\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinin kolay olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunun hak ve hukukla uyu\u015fmayan noktalar\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">Yasay\u0131 yapanlar\u0131n dahi uygulayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Atun, mevcut yasada hiyerar\u015fik yap\u0131n\u0131n bozuldu\u011funu, atanan ki\u015finin y\u00fckselmeleri ka\u00e7\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, m\u00fcnhallere giremedi\u011fini anlatt\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u201cM\u00fc\u015favirlik geri geliyor diye bir durum yok.\u201d diyen Atun, yeni d\u00fczenlemeyle evde oturup maa\u015f al\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi bir durum olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydetti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">Bay\u0131nd\u0131rl\u0131k ve Ula\u015ft\u0131rma Bakan\u0131 Erhan Ar\u0131kl\u0131 da s\u00f6z alarak, ivedili\u011fe onay vereceklerini ancak Komite\u2019de gerekli de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 halinde ret oyu vereceklerini s\u00f6yledi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: (De\u011fi\u015fiklik) Yasa Tasar\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Komite\u2019de ivedilikle g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesine ili\u015fkin tezkere de oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla kabul edildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">B\u00fct\u00e7e Dairesi (Kurulu\u015f, G\u00f6rev ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma Esaslar\u0131) Yasa Tasar\u0131s\u0131 ile Kredi Garanti Fonu (De\u011fi\u015fiklik) Yasa Tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n Genel Kurul\u2019da \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin tezkereler de oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla kabul edildi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">Sunu\u015flar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan CTP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 S\u0131la Usar \u0130ncirli, 62. madde taht\u0131nda s\u00f6z ald\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\"><strong>\u0130ncirli: \u201cDe\u011fi\u015fim ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">CTP Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 S\u0131la Usar \u0130ncirli, bayram tatili boyunca Kuzey K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019\u0131n bo\u015fald\u0131\u011f\u0131na, insanlar\u0131n G\u00fcney K\u0131br\u0131s\u2019a veya yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na gitti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u00dclkenin kimli\u011fi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc ve karakterinin kayboldu\u011fu uyar\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan \u0130ncirli, UBP-DP-YDP iktidar\u0131nda bu kay\u0131plar\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savundu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">Giderek artan \u015fekilde insanlar\u0131n \u00fclkeyi terk etti\u011fini de kaydeden \u0130ncirli, \u00fclkenin kollar\u0131n\u0131n kendi insanlar\u0131na, gen\u00e7lerine kapanmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade edemeyeceklerini vurgulad\u0131.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">H\u00fck\u00fcmeti, insanlarla aralar\u0131na hiyerar\u015fi koymakla ele\u015ftiren \u0130ncirli, \u201cHalkla koptunuz.\u201d dedi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 300\"><span style=\"font-weight: 300 !important\">\u0130ncirli, h\u00fck\u00fcmetin, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir grubun sefas\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir d\u00fczen yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilei s\u00fcrerek, insanlar\u0131n mutlu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00fclkenin kurumlar\u0131na olan inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetti\u011fini savundu.
