D\u00f6nem Raporu\u2019nu Cumhuriyet Meclisi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ziya \u00d6zt\u00fcrkler\u2019e sundu.<\/p>\n<p>Verilen bilgiye g\u00f6re, kabulde konu\u015fan \u0130lkan Varol, Ombudsman\u2019\u0131n, anayasal bir kurum oldu\u011funu belirterek, yetkisini Anayasa\u2019dan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, tarafs\u0131z bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6rev ifa etti\u011fini kaydetti.<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman\u2019\u0131n, \u0130darenin eylem ve i\u015flemlerinden ma\u011fdur oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen ki\u015filerin aleyhine \u015fikayetlerini yapabilecekleri bir kurum oldu\u011funu ifade eden Varol, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cB\u00fcnyemizde bulunan \u015fikayet konular\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 yasal s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde idarenin, ki\u015filerin, yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuru ve dilek\u00e7elerine yan\u0131t vermemesi olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
