Biz de bu \u015fiyarla \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu yolda Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n verdi\u011fi talimatlar do\u011frultusunda bu y\u00f6nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir bu\u00e7uk y\u0131ld\u0131r yap\u0131yoruz\u201d dedi.  <\/p>\n<p>Deprem konusunun h\u00fck\u00fcmetin g\u00fcndeminin en \u00f6nemli maddelerinden oldu\u011funu belirten G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, \u201cBulundu\u011fumuz co\u011frafi konum itibar\u0131 ile deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisindeyiz.Deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmz bir ger\u00e7eklik olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda duruyor. Bunu g\u00f6z ard\u0131 etmemiz kesinlikle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Durali G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturulan Depremle ilgili komitenin Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fc toplant\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. <\/p>\n<p> G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, \u201cYerbilimleri M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131, \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131, Mimarlar Odas\u0131, Jeofizik M\u00fchendislerimiz, Meteoroloji Dairemiz,Jeoloji ve Maden Dairemiz ve bizim de i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz geni\u015f kat\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 \u00fclkedeki \u00fcniversitelerimizin de\u011ferli profes\u00f6rleri ile birlikte kurdu\u011fumuz ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz komitemiz var. Komite son d\u00f6nemlerde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131larda t\u00fcm geli\u015fmeleri takip ediyoruz. Asl\u0131nda bug\u00fcn yine komitenin toplant\u0131s\u0131 vard\u0131 ancak \u0130n\u015faat M\u00fchendisleri Odas\u0131n\u0131n deprem ve depreme kar\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lacak binalarda sempozyumundan dolay\u0131 Pazartesi g\u00fcn\u00fcne kald\u0131. Komite, Pazartesi \u00f6\u011fleden sonra toplanacak\u201d dedi.           <\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k DP\u00d6 M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131 G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, afet riski alt\u0131nda yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ile ilgili Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Yasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131nda tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, \u201cBiz devaml\u0131 fay hatlar\u0131ndaki geli\u015fmeleri, olas\u0131 depremde kayma \u015fekillerini isti\u015fare ediyoruz. Bunlar\u0131n takibinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda da \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revlerimizden biri de olas\u0131 bir depremde can kayb\u0131n\u0131 minimuma indirecek tedbirleri almakt\u0131r. Bunlarla ilgili Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm, yerinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm yasas\u0131 olarak adland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z afet riski alt\u0131nda  yap\u0131lan binalar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ile ilgili yasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Onun tasla\u011f\u0131 da y\u00fczde 90 oran\u0131nda bitmi\u015ftir. Uzmanlardan son g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri al\u0131p Bakanlar Kurulumuzdan ge\u00e7irip, Cumhuriyet Meclisine g\u00f6nderece\u011fiz. S\u00f6z konusu yasa \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde iki kez T\u00fcrkiye \u015eehircilik \u00c7evre ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ziyaret ettik. Oradaki uzmanlardan \u00e7ok de\u011ferli katk\u0131lar ald\u0131k. Hala daha yasa ile ilgili destek veriyorlar\u201d dedi. <\/p>\n<p>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, yerel y\u00f6netimlerin, kaymakaml\u0131klar\u0131n, \u015eehir Planlama Dairesi\u2019nin Dere yataklar\u0131na, vadilere, dik yama\u00e7lara in\u015faat izni verilmesi noktas\u0131nda temkinli davranmalar\u0131, \u00f6zellikle deprem y\u00f6netmeliklerine uygun projelerin onaylanmas\u0131 konusunda hassasiyet g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini ifade etti. <\/p>\n<p>DP\u00d6 M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131 G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy,  \u00fclkede deprem fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla 2025 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Ocak ay\u0131nda itibaren ilk ve orta dereceli okullar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra toplumun geneline yay\u0131lacak etkinlikler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fini s\u00f6yledi. <\/p>\n<p>Depremle ilgili haz\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n yasal zemine de dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcsoy, \u201cZorunlu Afet Sigortas\u0131 ile ilgili de 60-2010 say\u0131l\u0131 Sigorta Hizmetleri D\u00fczenleme ve Denetim Yasam\u0131z buna olanak vermektedir.
